Tummy Tamer Rollerblend

My Tummy Tamer Blend is great for all things to do with the Digestive System as well as emotional digestion. I like taking this oil with me on flights or long trips just to help with any tummy issues. I also used to roll this on my boys tummy when he was a baby. He never had issues with his tummy and still doesn’t xoxo
 
Digestzen/Zengest - The Digestive Blend is made up of Peppermint, Ginger, Caraway, Coriander, Anise and Tarragon. 
Top Uses: Stomach Upset, Gas and Bloating, Diarrhea and Constipation, IBS, Food Poisoning, Chrone’s Disease, Heartburn and Nausea. 
 
Emotionally the oils in this blend make it useful for digesting difficult emotions, assimilating new information and achieving a state of feeling nourished.
 
Wild Orange - This was the first Doterra oil I ever had. It is like sunshine in a bottle! It is Antibacterial,Antiseptic, Sedative as well as Stimulant.
Top Uses: Energy, Cheering and Mood Ehancer, Anxiety, Depression, Immune Support, Sleep Issues and is great in Smoothies, Dressings, Sauces and Baking.
Emotionally the Monoterpenes in this oil make it an Uplifiting Oil. Use it to uplift a scarcity mindset into and abundance mentality.
 
Roll in a clockwise direction on the tummy and even in the belly button. Also, roll under the feet from the middle of the foot down towards the heel.
