Oh So Happy Rollerblend

Who doesn't want to be happy? I know that I need this blend often. Being a tired and often overwhelmed mom to only one toddler, I need this blend when my mood drops. I also love to use it on my bub, because being a toddler can bring some pretty big emotions to deal with! I know that many things cause unhappiness in his life right now...at least we have a natural way to improve this :) 
 
Peppermint - I use peppermint alot. It is one of the common oils or one that most people know about and rightly so. It is an Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory, Stomachic and a Tonic.
It is so amazing for: Headaches, Migraines, Digestive Upset, Asthma, Coughs, Bad breath, Low energy, Mental Fog, Muscle and Joint Pain and Fevers. 
Emotionally it is an energising oil. It brings new life to the heart, and reminds you that life can be happy!
Peppermint is best not used by people with epilepsy, so please do use with caution.
 
Lemon - This oil just makes me happy! It’s main properties are Antimicrobial, Antiseptic, Antiviral and a Stimulant.
Some top uses are: Energy, Detoxing, Sore Throat, Increasing Alkalinity, Food and Cooking, Household cleaning and even getting permanent marker off your stuff!
Emotionally it is an uplifting oil and it makes it easier to overcome mental fatigue and focus.
 
Wild Orange - This was the first Doterra oil I ever had. It is like sunshine in a bottle! It is Antibacterial,Antiseptic, Sedative as well as Stimulant.
Top Uses: Energy, Cheering and Mood Ehancer, Anxiety, Depression, Immune Support, Sleep Issues and is great in Smoothies, Dressings, Sauces and Baking.
Emotionally the Monoterpenes in this oil make it an Uplifiting Oil. Use it to uplift a scarcity mindset into and abundance mentality.
