It has Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy and Blue Chamomile.

Serenity - The Restful Blend is just beautiful. It’s main ingredients are Lavender, Sweet Marjoram, Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Vetiver and Vanilla. Wow, those are some beautiful and calming oils!
Top Uses: Sleep Issues, Stress, Anxiety, ADD, ADHD, Itchy Skin, Anger, Restlessness, Hormone Balance and Mood Swings.
Emotionally this oil of tranquility has incredible sedative properties for the mind and heart. It soothes agitation and restlessness to make room for peace, compassion and connection.
 
Roll this along the spine and under/on the big toes (linked to head). You can also roll on clean palms, rub together and inhale!
