Man…i feel like a woman!

I must admit that being pregnant was great for many reasons but one was that i didn’t have to deal with having my period. Once Sully was born i wondered when it would return. I knew that breastfeeding would make it take a little longer but seeing as i was (am) still breastfeeding i wasn’t sure how long it would take. After 14 months i just felt like i needed to “cleanse” my body by getting my menstruation back on track. I would feel the hormones (so would Alex and Sully), so i thought that if i was seeing the preview over and over then it was time for the Full show! 

I decided to try the Clary Calm roller blend by rolling it in a W over my ovaries, on my heart and on my wrists. When i knew that it was leading up to that time I would apply it twice a day (or when i remembered) and after the second month my period had started and i found the hormones had really calmed down and i also felt like my body was finally feeling normal again.

I also put Lemon oil in my water to cleanse myself from the inside and would diffuse Wild Orange and Patchouli to uplift and also just calm!

Clary Calm is made up of quite a few of my favourite oils (Bergamot yes please!) and it also contains Vitex.

Clary Calm is a great blend for women who suffer from Endometriosis and PCOS.

For women going through the Menopause it is also cooling when applied to the neck and under the feet , while helping to balance the hormones. It is a good idea to use it in together with the Phytoestrogen and Bone Nutrient Complex. HRT’s can be a minefield to navigate but with the Phytoestrogen your body is not trying to process synthetic hormones and block up the lymphatic system, sometimes leading to dying cells turning malignant.
